The completion of a Saltrock Surf Shop in the prestigious St Davids Shopping Centre in Cardiff for Mr John Davis
The shop took just a matter of weeks from start to finish - jobs ranging from shop fascias to the solid oak flooring.
"Having signed the lease in one of the most prestigious developments Wales has ever seen costing over £675m, it was always going to be an extremely difficult task to undertake a 30 week shop fit in under 6 weeks. The fact that we were the last retail unit to start and the first to finish is a true testament to the ability, hard work and endurance of Steve Joslin and his team. Steve and his team were always first on site and last to leave, working dynamically on problems which were thrown at us daily from the main shopping centre developer Bovis (ranging from annoying to the ridiculous).
