We are a building contractor - specialising in loft conversions, extensions, summer houses, roofing, decking, plastering, rendering, stone work and shop fits.

We will work with you and deliver to deadlines. To facilitate loft conversions and extensions throughout winter, we can protect the entire project from the weather by a scaffold roof and weatherproof tarpaulins.

All members of our team are highly experienced plasterers, stone masons and carpenters. Our craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none, and we will help you find the right materials and finishes to ensure that the end result is perfect.

S R Joslin & Sons also specialise in Summerhouses, custom built to your own design. Whether you choose to have more windows or less, or make the building size larger or smaller we will work with you to suit your style and needs. Summerhouses offer a cost effective solution for adding more living space to your home, and recent clients have used them as a garden office, a painting studio and a study room – to name but a few.
